SMS and Mobile Information
Your mobile number and message content are collected solely to provide the Joy by Innov8 service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate our services, including messaging carriers and platforms that deliver text messages and AI technology providers that process messages so Joy can respond. These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and may not use it for their own marketing.

We Do Not Sell Your Information
Innov8 does not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

About Joy
Joy by Innov8 is an AI assistant, not a human. Her responses are informational only and are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Joy is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988.

Data Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your Choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information, including your phone number and conversation history with Joy, by contacting us at [email protected]. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
